RIGIDIZER

RIGIDIZER and RIGIDIZER BLUE are colloidal silica compound to create a tough skin surface on 1260 ceramic fiber products by spray, brush or dipping for greater resistance to gas flow erosion.

Introduction

Characteristic: In liquid form, Harden by air drying

Max. service temperature: 1100℃

Coverage: 5-6 liters per m2 after mixed with water

Storage: Keep in cool place especially for long term, must be protected from freezing.

Preparation: Mix RIGIDIZER or RIGIDIZER BLUE with 6 times volume of water before application
