Isolite ALF® is an insulating refractory material made from mainly fibrous wollastonite and alumina cement for the use of store, transport, distribution and pouring of molten aluminum.

The lining material ALF® is used, with its superior detachability and corrosion resistance, on the surfaces which have direct contact with molten aluminum.

Made through firing at high temperature, ALF® has a minimal volume change in the use.

ALF® Series are offered in variety of shapes to suit its applications. In addition to standard ALF, ALF-H with increased rigidity and ALF-S with both increased rigidity and enhanced detachability are also available.
