Case Study I : B Company’s Furnace

| Diagnosis by our thermal imaging device detected the spots with unusual temperature rise. (top pictures) Later we visually confirmed the partial collapses of firebricks from the lining. (bottom pictures) Earlier detection of the falling bricks led to the prevention of combustible gas explosion which might have been caused by the flame extinction of burners due to the stack of fallen bricks. Energy efficiency of the furnace also has been greatly improved. |
